What is Speiro CMS?

Speiro is a complete church management platform that helps you manage members, schedule volunteers, track giving, communicate with your congregation, and plan services — all from one system. It includes a mobile app for members and a web-based admin panel for church leaders.

Getting Started (5 Minutes)

    Log into the Admin Panel — Go to your admin URL (provided by Speiro) and log in with your email and password.

    Set your Church Branding — Go to Settings → Church Branding. Add your church name, slogan, logo, and social media links.
  3. 3
    Share your Church Code — Your unique church code is shown in Settings. Share it with members so they can find your church in the app.
  4. 4
    Invite Members — Members download the app, enter your church code, and register. You'll see their requests under Approvals.
  5. 5
    Approve & Assign Roles — Approve pending members and assign roles (Pastor, Staff, Ministry Leader, Volunteer) under Settings → Assign Roles.
