Speiro CMS Service Agreement

By completing this form, you ("the Church") agree to the following terms with Speiro ("the Provider"):

1. Service Description

Speiro provides a cloud-based church management platform including member management, communication tools, giving integrations, attendance tracking, and related features as described at www.speiro.africa.

2. Account Responsibilities

The Church is responsible for the accuracy of information entered, managing user access and roles, and ensuring members consent to data collection in accordance with POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act).

3. Fair Usage

The Church agrees to use the platform for legitimate church management purposes only. The following are prohibited: bulk unsolicited messaging to non-members, storing data unrelated to church operations, sharing login credentials with unauthorised parties, or using the platform for commercial gain unrelated to ministry.

4. Data & Privacy

All member data is stored on AWS in Cape Town (af-south-1), encrypted at rest and in transit, and isolated per-church. Speiro will never sell, share, or access your data except for technical support purposes with your consent. The Church retains ownership of all data entered.

5. Availability & Support

Speiro aims for 99.5% uptime. Support is available via email (support@speiro.africa) during business hours (Mon–Fri, 08:00–17:00 SAST). Critical issues are addressed within 4 hours.

6. Pricing & Payment

The following fees apply:

• Once-off setup fee: R500 (due on signup)
• Monthly subscription:
  • 1 – 500 members: R500/month
  • 501 – 1,000 members: R1,000/month
  • 1,001 – 2,000 members: R1,500/month
  • 2,000+ members: Custom package (by arrangement)

Subscriptions are deducted monthly from the bank account provided below. Non-payment after 30 days may result in account suspension.

7. Debit Order Mandate

By providing banking details and signing this agreement, the Church authorises Speiro (Pty) Ltd to debit the agreed subscription amount from the nominated bank account on or after the 1st of each month. This mandate remains in force until cancelled in writing with 30 days notice. The Church may dispute any debit within 40 days by contacting their bank. Speiro will provide at least 10 business days notice of any changes to the debit amount.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. On termination, your data will be exported to you within 14 days and then permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days. The debit order mandate is automatically cancelled upon termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

Speiro's total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 3 months preceding any claim. Speiro is not liable for data loss caused by the Church's actions, third-party integrations, or force majeure events.

10. Changes to Terms

Speiro may update these terms with 30 days email notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
